By Bus Routes
We are situated right in the centre of town 2 mins walk from the lady godiva statue, all buses that go to the city centre will be fine
By Train
We are only a 5 minute walk from Coventry train station, or a 3 minute uber ride
Parking and by Car
The venue is directly next to Barracks multi story car park
Disabled parking
There are a number of shopmobility parking spaces within Barracks car park and a number of road spaces around Hertford Street. Barracks car park level 1a has an accessible bridge to Hertford Street immediately adjacent to the venue entrance
By Bike
As we are in a pedestrian area there are many bike parks and places to lock up your bike right outside our front doors
ARRIVAL
On arrival please ensure you have a valid ticket either via email or printed to show a member of staff. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
PARKING
At the back of the venue are a large number of parking spaces, they are at the base of Barracks car park on Barracks Way CV1 1LF also more info here:
FOOD & DRINK
Food will be available to purchase on site by our trusted/local vendors GRILL SHACK, they will be providing burger, hotdogs, loaded fries and a like, to keep you fueled to rock til you drop.
All drinks must be purchased from the venue, no drinks of any kind purchased externally are permitted on the venues premises.
Wheelchair Users On Arrival
We ask Wheelchair users to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the advertised doors open time (mostly 7.00pm). This allows us to get you into the venue comfortably before the majority of the crowd. We have a lift at the entrance and a lift up to the main venue.
Wheelchair Spaces in the venue
Unfortunately we do not have a raised wheelchair platform, however we are able to organise a limited number of spaces to the side of the stage, please request this via the email above.
Accessible Toilets
We have an accessible toilet in the main venue, you will need to collect a key from a security member or by asking someone behind the bar.
Non Wheelchair Seats Required
For people not in a wheelchair but need to have seating due to their disability we can reserve chairs in the main viewing area, please email ahead as above so we know to expect you.
Medical support and emergencies
We ensure we have First Aid trained bar and security staff on duty for all events. Please ask a member of staff should you require support.
Guide and assistance dogs
Guide and hearing assistance dogs are welcome, just be sure to let us know when you book. We can discuss suitable locations where your dog can stay throughout the show. Alternatively, if you would like your dog to be looked after, we can arrange this but there will be a small cost * We recommend bringing hearing protection for your dog please.
DRUGS
Hella Rock Festival has a ZERO TOLERANCE on drugs, anyone caught with them in their system or on their person will be escorted of the premises and maybe arrested. Guests are subject to searches upon entry to the festival at the security's discretion.
